催乳素水平在子宫内膜异位症不孕患者中的表达及意义

The expression and significance of prolactin in infertility patients with endometriosis

目的探讨不孕症患者中子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的严重程度与血清催乳素(PRL)水平的相关性。方法选取2014年10月至2018年12月徐州市中心医院生殖医学中心诊治的120例不孕症患者进行回顾性分析。其中,腹腔镜下确诊的62例EMs患者设为EMs组,按照美国生殖医学学会(ASRM)对EMs的评分标准进行分型;腹腔镜下确诊的非EMs所致不孕患者58例作为对照组。测定两组患者基础状态下的血清PRL水平。采用独立t检验,比较两组患者基础血清PRL水平以及不同分期下的两组间比较情况。结果EMs组患者中Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的PRL水平明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。血清PRL水平Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.540),Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期(P=0.000)、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期(P=0.000)比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论EMs患者可能合并高PRL血症,随着EMs程度的严重,PRL水平有升高趋势。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the severity of endometriosis and the level of prolactin(PRL)in infertility patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed among 120 infertility patients who visited the Reproductive Medicine Center of Xuzhou Central Hospital(Xuzhou Medical School,Southeast University)from October 2014 to December 2018.Among them,62 patients were diagnosed as endometrium(EMs group)and 58 patients without EMs(control group)by laparoscopy.The 62 patients in the EMs group were classified according to the scoring criteria of American Society of Reproductive Medicine(ASRM).Serum PRL levels were measured in the two groups.Independent t-test was performed to compare the basic serum PRL level of the two groups and that at different stages between the two groups.Results The levels of PRL in stage III and IV in the EMs group were significantly higher than those in the control group(23.03±1.94 ng/mL vs.25.83±2.02 ng/mL),with statistically significant differences(P=0.000).There was no statistically significant difference in the serum PRL levels between the two groups in phase I and phase II(P=0.540);there was significant difference between the two groups in phase II and phase III(P=0.000)as well as phase III and phase IV(P=0.000).Conclusions Patients with EMs may have hyperprolactinemia and the serum PRL level increases with the development of EMs.
