抗苗勒管激素评价子宫腺肌病术后更年期女性卵巢功能的价值

Value of anti-Müllerian hormone in evaluating the postoperative ovarian function of menopausal women with adenomyosis

目的探讨抗苗勒管激素(AMH)评价子宫腺肌病术后更年期女性卵巢功能的价值。方法选取2015年4月至2018年12月巴中市中医医院诊治的44例子宫腺肌病术后更年期女性作为研究对象。将这44例患者设为观察组,另选取44例子宫腺肌病未进行手术的更年期女性设为对照组。检测两组研究对象的AMH、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)水平;评估AMH对子宫腺肌病术后更年期女性卵巢功能的价值。结果观察组患者的AMH、AFC和LH明显的低于对照组患者的AMH、AFC和LH,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者的FSH和E2水平明显的高于对照组患者的FSH和E2,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在观察组(子宫腺肌病术后更年期女性)患者中血清AMH水平与FSH、LH呈负相关性,且差异具有统计学意义(r=-0.432、-0.367,P<0.05);AMH水平与AFC、E2呈正相关,且差异具有统计学意义(r=0.674、0.759,P<0.001)。结论抗苗勒管激素可以作为评价子宫腺肌病术后更年期女性卵巢功能的指标。

Objective To evaluate the value of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)in evaluating the postoperative ovarian function of menopausal women with adenomyosis.Methods From April 2015 to December 2018,44 menopausal women with adenomyosis that received surgery in Bazhong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 44 menopausal women with adenomyosis that did not receive surgery were selected as the control group.The AMH,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),antral follicle count(AFC),and estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)level were measured in the two groups.The value of AMH in evaluating the ovarian function of menopausal women with adenomyosis was measured in the two groups.Results The levels of AMH,AFC and LH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The FSH and E2 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between serum AMH level and FSH and LH levels in the observation group,and there was a statistically significant difference(r=-0.432,r=-0.367,P<0.05)and the AMH level was positively correlated with levels of AFC and E2,with statistically significant differences(r=0.674,r=0.759,P<0.001).Conclusions AMH can be used as an index to evaluate the postoperative ovarian function of menopausal women with adenomyosis.
