摘要
耳穴疗法通过刺激耳朵相应穴位,诊断和治疗心身功能障碍,近年来在辅助生殖技术中的应用也越来越广泛。耳穴疗法作为一种辅助治疗方法,可通过调节内分泌促进排卵,减轻患者在取卵术中疼痛,缓解取卵移植过程中的焦虑,并且在输卵管因素性不孕症中也发挥显著作用。现参阅近年发表的论文,对一系列研究成果进行归纳整理,试从多方面来了解耳穴疗法在辅助生殖技术中的应用,以期对不孕症的诊疗有所帮助。
Auricular point therapy is used to diagnose and treat psychosomatic dysfunction by stimulating the corresponding acupoints of the ear.In recent years,it has been widely used in assisted reproductive technology.As an auxiliary treatment method,auricular point therapy can promote ovulation by regulating endocrine,and alleviate patients′pain during oocyte retrieval and anxiety during oocyte transplantation,and also play a significant role in oviduct infertility.Through summarizing the research results in recent years,this paper attempts to understand the application of auricular point therapy in assisted reproductive technology from various aspects,with a view to help the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
