摘要
目的探究产后抑郁与外周血Cu、Fe、Zn水平的相关性,为产后抑郁的诊治提供新思路及参考。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月河北省儿童医院接收生产的42例确诊为产后抑郁的产妇作为研究对象。将这42例产妇设为观察组,选取同期在河北省儿童医院生产的42例正常产妇设为对照组。对比分析两组产妇血Cu、Fe、Zn水平。结果在产后第14d、第28d时,观察组产妇的Cu、Fe水平明显高于对照组产妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的Zn水平显著低于对照组产妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对产后第2d的Cu水平进行ROC曲线分析,Cu指标的最大AUC面积相应参数截止值为19.232μmol/L(灵敏度=81.40%,特异度=88.70%)。结论PPD患者血清Cu、Fe水平偏高,Zn水平偏低,Cu水平异常变化时间更早,提示Cu、Fe、Zn水平与PPD有相关性,早期检测Cu水平在预测PPD中具有较高的效能。
Objective To explore the correlation between postpartum depression(PPD)and the levels of Cu,Fe and Zn in peripheral blood so as to provide new ideas and references for the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum depression.Methods 42 parturients with PPD diagnosed by Hebei Children′s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as observation group.Another 42 normal parturients who delivered in Hebei Children′s Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum copper,iron and zinc levels of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of Cu and Fe in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Zn in observation group was significantly lower than that in normal group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis of serum copper content on the second day after delivery showed that the cut-off value of corresponding parameters of maximum areas under curve(AUC)area of copper index was 19.232μmol/L(sensitivity=81.40%,specificity=88.70%).Conclusions The serum levels of Cu and Fe are higher and that of Zn is lower in patients with PPD,with early abnormal changes in Cu level,suggesting that Cu,Fe and Zn are correlated with PPD and early detection of the levels of Cu is of high efficacy in the prediction of PPD.
