政府补助对企业科技创新的影响研究——基于高新技术企业数据

Research on the Impact of Government Subsidies on Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation:Based on High-tech Enterprise Data

利用国泰安数据库中2014—2017年四年间261家创业板上市公司数据作为基础,结合线性回归模型对高新技术企业科技创新进行实证分析。研究结果表明,政府补助与企业科技创新投入和产出都存在显著的正向关系,但是这种关系会因企业的性质不同而有所差异。总体而言,政府补助是一种直接的财政激励政策,对于高新技术企业科技创新有良好的带动作用。

This paper uses the data of 261 listed companies on the GEM in the 2014-2017 four years of the Guotaian database as a basis,combined with a linear regression model to conduct an empirical analysis of high-tech enterprise technological innovation.The results of the study show that there is a significant positive relationship between government subsidies and the input and output of technological innovation,but this relationship will vary depending on the nature of the enterprise.Generally speaking,the government subsidies a direct fiscal incentive policy,which has a good driving effect on the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises.
