近年来,我国的高职院校一直把重点放在对学生专业技能的培养上,忽视了对职业素养的有效培养,存在对工匠精神认识不足、人才培养手段和方法落后、缺少现代师资队伍等问题。高职院校应弘扬工匠精神,转变教学观念,创新教学方法,优化师资队伍,完善学生考核体系,从而切实提高高职学生的职业素养。

In recent years,higher vocational colleges in China have always focused on the education of students’professional skills,ignored the effective cultivation of professional quality,and there are some problems such as lack of understanding of craftsman spirit,backward means and methods of talent cultivation,and lack of modern teachers.Higher vocational colleges should carry forward the spirit of craftsman and change the teaching concept,innovation of teaching methods,optimization of teaching staff,and improvement of student assessment system.improve the vocational quality of vocational students.
