以高等院校大学生党支部这一特定基层党组织为代表,结合实际工作经验,坚持问题导向,深入分析新时代中国特色社会主义背景下大学生党支部政治文化建设的重要意义:增强大学生党员、积极分子的党性修养,促进大学生牢固树立共产主义崇高价值观;有效抵御境外敌对势力和历史虚无主义的不良影响,牢固掌握大学生党建和意识形态工作领导权;净化大学生党支部政治生态,构建新时代中国特色社会主义政治生态。目前,大学生党支部建设面临紧迫形势,部分大学生党员理想信念不坚定、党员意识不强,大学生党支部亟需构建良好政治生态;部分大学生党员出现个人主义等不良倾向,大学生党支部亟需重点防范和教育引导;不同专业大学生党支部政治文化建设方案同质化、雷同化亟需改革创新。因此,大学生党支部政治文化建设要加强制度保障,有效应对大学生面临的国际化挑战和严峻形势;大学生党支部政治文化建设要增强价值引领,树立大学生正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;大学生党支部政治文化建设要强化责任担当,培养新时代中国特色社会主义合格建设者和接班人。

The Party branch of college students is a specific grass-roots Party organization.Combined with actual work experience,and orientated towards problems,this paper deeply analyzes the importance of political culture construction under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The importance of the political culture construction lies in the fact that it can strengthen the Party spirit of college student Party members and activists of Party application,promote college students to establish the lofty values of communism firmly,resist the adverse effects of foreign hostile forces and historical nihilism effectively,grasp the leadership of Party construction and ideological work of college students firmly,purify the political ecology of the Party branch of college students,and construct the political ecology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Currently,the problems exist in the construction of the Party branch of college students:The college student Party branch urgently needs to construct good political ecology for the construction of the Party branch of college students is faced with a pressing situation,such as some college student Party members neither having firm communist ideals and beliefs nor a strong consciousness of Party members,some college student Party members having a bad tendency of individualism and so on,so that the Party branch of college students urgently needs to focus on guarding against such an individualistic tendency and educating and guiding these college student Party members,and homogenization and assimilation existing in the political culture construction programs of the Party branches of college students with different majors,which urgently needs to be reformed and innovated.The political culture construction of the Party branch of college students should be improved by strengthening institution to effectively deal with the international challenges and severe situation faced by college students,by strengthening value leadership to set up the correct outlook on life,world and value of college students,and by strengthening responsibility to cultivate qualified builders and successors for socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
