大学智慧体育教学:现实困境、实践探索和改革创新

随着全民健身、健康中国战略的不断深入,体育教学在高等教育教学体系中地位日益提升。然而,当前大学体育教学特别是公共体育课程教学观念陈旧,导致体育课程教学质量下降;教学方法落后,难以适应新时代高等教育发展趋势;体育教学目标模糊,难以满足新时代大学生需求,这些问题极大地制约了新时代大学体育教学质量与水平。当前,互联网、云计算、人工智能和大数据等现代科学技术蓬勃发展,可将智慧体育融入其中,广泛开展大学体育教学实践探索:促进大学体育教育环境网络化,创建智慧体育教学载体;推动体育教研平台信息化,实现体育课程教学规范化发展;发挥大数据技术优势,应用App助力体育教学;充分发挥智慧监测作用,精准分析大学生身心健康行为。新时代,大学体育教学迎来改革创新:以智慧体育新理念提升大学体育教学质量,改变传统思维以共享教学成果,应用新技术助推大学体育教学,营造大学智慧体育教学环境,加强线上线下相结合教学。高等学校正以智慧体育发展思路提升大学体育教学质量。

With the development of the strategy of "National fitness" and "Healthy China", the status of physical education in the teaching system of colleges and universities is improving. However, there are some growing problems in physical education, such as obsolete teaching concept, outdated teaching method and unreasonable teaching objectives. These problems greatly limit the quality improvement of physical education. At present, the flourishing of the Internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data and other modern science and technology makes "Smart sports" widely used in physical education and teaching. Physical education is becoming networked. The information platform for "Smart sports" is being created, which will promote the physical education and make it further normalized. By taking the advantage of big data and APP, monitoring system will be used to precisely analyze students’ physical and mental health. In this context, colleges and universities should improve the quality of physical education by means of the idea of "smart sports".
