基于功耗分析的新型生化类实验室节能控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对新型生化类实验室节能控制方法存在控制效率低,节能效果差等问题,提出基于功耗分析的新型生化类实验室节能控制方法。将新型生化类实验室中各设备消耗的能量以做功的形式进行表达,将做功表达方式相近的设备进行归纳总结;分别从热能功耗设备、放射能功耗设备、机械能功耗设备三个角度进行功耗分析,针对三项设备功耗设计不同节能控制方案。实验结果表明:采用所提方法能够有效新型生化类实验室提高设备控制节能率,使新型生化类实验室节能效果达到预期效果。 In view of the problems of low control efficiency and poor energy-saving effect in the new biochemical laboratory energy-saving control method,a new biochemical laboratory energy-saving control method based on power consumption analysis is proposed.The energy consumption of each equipment in the new biochemical laboratory is expressed in the form of doing work,and the equipment with similar expression mode of doing work is summarized;the power consumption analysis is carried out from three aspects of thermal energy consumption equipment,radiation energy consumption equipment and mechanical energy consumption equipment,and different energy-saving control schemes are designed for the three equipment power consumption.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the energy-saving rate of equipment control in the new biochemical laboratory and achieve the expected effect of energy-saving in the new biochemical laboratory.
