摘要 由于客户订单日益复杂和多样化,仓库运营管理也逐步实现智能化。由于客户订单需求的个性化,对实时数据和上下文信息的需求增大,由于这些订单往往是小批量但具有高品种特性,订单经常根据客户要求而变化,因此需确保采购订单的同步完成对生产的支持;然而,低效且不准确的订单拣选过程对订单履行产生不利影响。本文的目的是提出一个基于物联网的仓库管理系统,该系统采用先进的数据分析方法,使用计算智能技术为工业4.0提供智能物流;并且通过案例采集的数据,结果证明本文所提方法可对生产率,拣选准确性和效率得到提升。 Due to the increasingly complex and diverse customer orders,warehouse operations management is gradually becoming intelligent.Due to the personalization of customer order requirements,the demand for real-time data and context information is increasing.Since these orders are often small-volume but have high variety characteristics,orders often change according to customer requirements,so it is necessary to ensure that the purchase orders are synchronized to production support;however,an inefficient and inaccurate order picking process adversely affects order fulfillment.The purpose of this paper is to propose a warehouse management system based on the Internet of Things.The system uses advanced data analysis methods to provide intelligent logistics for Industry 4.0 using computational intelligence technology.And through the data collected by the case,the results prove that the proposed method can be used for the warehouse.productivity,picking accuracy and efficiency are improved.
