穴位贴敷治疗五更泻的效果观察

The clinical effect of acupoint application therapy in the treatment of predawn diarrhea

目的观察穴位贴敷治疗五更泻的效果。方法100例五更泻患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予口服四神丸联合常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷。干预3个疗程后评价效果。结果观察组总有效率98.00%(49/50),对照组为86.00%(43/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷能进一步缓解五更泻患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application therapy in the treatment of predawn diarrhea.Methods Totally 100 patients with predawn diarrhea were randomly divided to observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients of control group were given oral administration of Sishen pills combined with routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given acupoint application therapy additionally.The clinical efficacy of treatment was compared after intervention.Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(98.00%vs.86.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application therapy is effective to relieve clinical symptoms of patients with predawn diarrhea.
