Design and application of the nursing management information system based on PDCA theory

目的探讨基于PDCA理念的护理管理信息系统的设计和应用,及其对护士长时间管理能力及工作绩效的影响。方法设计并建立护理管理信息系统,应用于护士长的实际工作中,分别于应用系统前及应用后3个月、6个月、12个月评估护士长的时间管理能力及工作绩效,并进行比较。结果护士长时间管理倾向量表的总分和时间效能感、时间监控观分量表得分在4个时间点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在使用护理管理信息系统后,护士长时间管理倾向量表的总分及时间管理行为效能、时间管理效能维度得分均随应用时间的延长而增高。护士长绩效评定中的任务绩效维度、工作奉献维度和总分在4个时间点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在使用护理管理信息系统后,护士长的绩效评定量表的总分及任务绩效维度和工作奉献维度得分均随应用时间的延长而增高。结论基于PDCA建立的护理管理信息系统,可以有效提高护士长的时间管理水平和工作绩效,使护理管理工作更科学、更智能。

Objective To introduce the design and application of the nursing management information system based on PDCA theory,and to investigate its influence on the time management ability and work performance among head nurses.Methods The nursing management information system was designed and established,which was applied to the practical work of head nurses.The time management ability and work performance of head nurses were measured and compared before implementation and 3 months,6 months and 12 months after implementation.Results Significant differences were found in total score of Time Management Disposition Scale(TMDS),time-efficiency factor score and time-monitoring factor score at 4 different time points(P<0.05).The total score of TMDS,factor score of time-management-behavior efficiency and factor score of time-management efficiency increased with the time of application.Significant differences were found in total score of Work Performance Scale(WPS),task-performance factor score and work-dedication factor score at 4 different time points(P<0.05).The total score of WPS,factor score of task-performance and work-dedication increased with the time of application.Conclusion The nursing management information system based on PDCA theory can effectively improve the time management ability and work performance of head nurses,and makes nursing management more scientific and intelligent.
