Evidence summary for peripheral venous catheterization and maintenance in adults

目的检索、评价和总结成人外周静脉留置针置管与维护的证据。方法计算机检索澳大利亚指南网(Australian Clinical Practice Guidelines)、美国指南网(NGC)、加拿大安大略注册护士协会(RANO)、中国实践指南注册平台、新西兰指南协作组(NZGG)、循证医学数据库(EBM reviews)、“医脉通”、BMJ最佳临床实践(British Medical Journal Best Practice)、中国知网、万方数据库、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Ovid等国内外指南网及数据库中涉及成人留置针置管与维护的文献,包括临床实践指南、证据总结、最佳实践信息册、推荐实践及系统评价,并通过追溯以上证据的参考文献,纳入支持相关证据的原始研究,检索时限截至2020年1月。结果共纳入有关成人外周留置针置管与维护措施的13篇文献,其中3篇临床实践指南、1篇证据总结、4篇系统评价和5项随机对照试验。通过严格评价文献质量、提取及汇总证据,最终形成29条推荐意见,内容涵盖成人留置针的置管与维护2个方面。结论临床护士应运用以循证护理为依据的留置针置管与维护方案,以保证成人患者输液安全。

Objective To assess,evaluate,and summarize evidence for peripheral venous catheterization and maintenance in adults.Methods Computer retrieval of Australian Clinical Practice Guidelines,NGC,RANO,International Practice Guideline Registry Platform,NZGG,EBM reviews,Medlive,British Medical Journal Best Practice,CNKI,Wanfang Data,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Ovid to collect literatures involving guideline,evidence summary,best practice information,systematic review and recommended practice.The retrieval period ends in January 2020.Results A total of 13 references related to peripheral indwelling needle catheterization and maintenance measures in adults were recruited,including 3 clinical practice guidelines,1 evidence summary,4 systematic review and 5 randomized controlled trials.After strictly evaluating the quality of literature,extracting and summarizing evidence,29 recommendations items of peripheral venous catheterization and maintenance were concluded.Conclusion Clinical nurses should carry indwelling needle catheterization and maintenance programs based on evidence-based nursing to ensure the safety of infusion for adult patients.
