创伤专科护士培养需求的质性研究

A qualitative study of the training needs of trauma specialist nurses

目的了解并分析创伤专科护士培养的需求,为创伤专科护士培养提供参考,同时为创伤救治护理管理体系的建立提供依据。方法对创伤相关科室医师、护理管理者12人进行半结构式深入访谈,按照现象学分析方法进行资料分析。结果提炼出4个主题①创伤专科护士设置是完善创伤救治体系的必要条件;②规范准入标准是创伤专科护士设立的基础;③完善创伤专科培训是培养创伤专科护士的关键;④明确角色职责是培养“一专多能”创伤专科护士的前提。结论创伤专科护士在创伤救治体系中具有必要性,构建创伤专科护士的资格认证和审查标准、制定规范的创伤专科护士培训方案及内容是创伤专科护士的培养基础,并且创伤专科护士的角色定位也应符合我国临床实践需求。

Objective To investigate the training needs of trauma specialist nurses,so as to provide a reference for the training of trauma specialist nurses,and at the same time to provide a basis for the establishment of the nursing management system of trauma treatment.Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 12 physicians and nursing managers from trauma-related departments in a certain provincial hospital,and data were analyzed according to the phenomenological analysis method.Results Four themes were summarized:the establishment of trauma specialist nurses was a necessary condition for the improvement of the trauma treatment system;Standardized admission standards were the basis for the establishment of trauma specialist nurses;The improvement of trauma specialist training was the key to the training of trauma specialist nurses;The definition of roles and responsibilities is the prerequisite for the training of trauma specialist nurses with multiple abilities.Conclusion Trauma specialist nurses are necessary in the trauma treatment and care system.The training program and content of the qualification certification and review standards for trauma specialist nurses are the basis for the training of trauma specialist nurses,and the role positioning of trauma specialist nurses should meet the needs of China's clinical practice.
