中药塌渍联合TDP照射在膝关节滑膜炎性肿痛患者中的应用效果

目的探讨中药塌渍联合TDP照射的二联叠加特色疗法在膝关节滑膜炎性肿痛患者中的应用效果。方法将140例膝关节滑膜炎性肿痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各70例。对照组采用中药熏洗干预,观察组采用中药塌渍联合TDP治疗仪照射干预。观察记录2组患者干预前及干预后1周、2周膝关节疼痛、肿胀、关节功能情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果干预后1周和2周,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和膝关节肿胀评分较干预前明显降低,且干预后2周VAS评分和膝关节肿胀评分低于干预后1周,观察组干预后1周和干预后2周VAS评分和膝关节肿胀评分均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后1周和2周,2组日本膝关节骨性关节炎功能评估量表(JKOM)评分较干预前明显升高,且干预后2周JKOM评分高于干预后1周,观察组干预后1周和干预后2周JKOM评分均高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率95.71%(67/70),高于对照组的85.71%(60/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍联合TDP照射能缓解膝关节滑膜炎性肿痛,改善膝关节功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)collapse stains combined with TDP irradiation for patients withswelling and pain caused by synovitis of knee joint.Methods A total of 140 patients diagnosed with synovitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was givenTCM fumigation and washing treatment,and the observation group was given TCM collapse stains combined with TDP irradiation.The knee joint pain,swelling,joint function were evaluated before and at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention.The clinical curative effect of interventions of two groups was compared.Results The Scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for knee joint pain and swelling assessment in the two groups were improved at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment compared with those before intervention,and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of Japanese knee osteoarthritis measure(JKOM)increased at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment compared with that before intervention,and was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate was 95.71%(67/70)in the observation group and 85.71%(60/70)in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of TCM collapse stains and TDP irradiation can relieve the knee joint swelling and pain caused by synovitis of knee joint.
