摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子19(fibroblast growth factor,FGF19)亚家族又称内分泌成纤维生长因子,为众多成纤维生长因子家族中的一员,包括FGF19、FGF21和FGF23等,在人体内主要参与全身代谢调控。近年来众多研究表明骨骼肌不仅作为人体重要结构发挥运动和支持的基础功能,更有作为内分泌器官分泌多种肌因子参与代谢调控的作用。此外,肌肉萎缩作为复杂的多因素诱发疾病,其机制研究也有一些新的进展,在动物模型和细胞水平上,不少关于内分泌因子抑制肌肉萎缩作用的研究结果较为显著,有益于肌肉萎缩和肌少症的治疗研究,其中FGF19亚家族对骨骼肌的作用值得关注。 The fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)subfamily,namely endocrine fibroblast growth factors,belong to several FGF families,including FGF 19,FGF 21,and FGF 23,and so on.They mainly involve in the adjustment of metabolism in human body.Recently,more research uncovers the fact that skeletal muscle not only functions as a basic structure in sports and bolster,but also plays as an endocrine organ and secrets multiple myokines in metabolic regulation.Moreover,there are also some new advances in researches about the pathogenesis of muscle atrophy,who is complicated disease induced by many factors.Many experiment about the effects of endocrine factors on the inhibition of muscle atrophy and sarcopenia on animal models and cell levels are of much help for the treatment of saropenia.And the effects of FGF19 subfamily on skeletal muscle are worthy of attention.
