铁路车流信息管理系统是运输调度管理系统的重要组成部分,可以使车流计划的编制与执行有效贯通,实现数据资源的高度融合与共享,优化编组站作业方式。为了推动运输生产计划一体化编制,使各专业作业协同联动,分析铁路车流信息管理系统应实现的目标,提出系统的总体架构,从应用架构、数据架构方面分别阐述铁路车流信息管理系统的技术方案,运用大数据、人工智能等现代技术,解决目前铁路车流组织作业环节中存在的信息采集、态势预测、计划决策问题,提高车流调度指挥信息化和智能化水平,为改善铁路车流组织效率,持续提高运输效益提供有力支撑。

The train flow information management system is not only an important part of the traffic control system, but also the effective link between the preparation and implementation of the train flow plan, which enables the integration and sharing of data resources, and optimization of the operation mode of marshalling yard. In order to promote the integrated preparation of transportation production plan and make all professional operations coordinated, this paper analyzes the objectives of railway train flow management system, and puts forward the overall framework of the system, and expounds the technical scheme of the train flow information management system from two aspects of application architecture and data architecture. Then, the paper uses modern technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to solve the problems of information collection, situation prediction, planning and decision-making in the operation of railway train flow organization, so as to improve the application IT and intelligent tools for traffic control system. It provides strong support for improving the transportation efficiency and benefits of train flow organization.
