结构式家庭护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者社会功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of structured home nursing on social function and quality of life in patients after radical mastectomy

目的探究结构式家庭护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年5月该院进行乳腺癌手术治疗的76例患者,每组38例。将其随机分为干预组及常规组,对常规组患者行常规护理,对干预组患者在其基础上行结构式家庭护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后生活质量、心理弹性及社会功能。结果两组患者干预前,其FACT-B量表各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预6个月后,干预组患者各项评分均显著高于常规组及干预前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经干预后,两组患者各维度均有所提高,且干预组患者坚韧、自强及乐观维度评分分别为(30.79±5.13)分、(20.68±2.25)分及(9.89±1.73)分,均显著优于干预前及常规组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经干预后,两组患者SFRS量表各维度评分均有所改善,干预组患者各维度评分均显著优于常规组及干预前(均P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌根治术患者行结构式家庭护理干预,能够有效提高患者术后生活质量、改善其弹性心理,同时提高其社会功能,对促进患者的恢复具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effects of structured home nursing on social function and quality of life in patients after radical mastectomy.Methods From April 2017 to May 2018,76 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in the hospital were divided into two groups.They were randomly divided into two groups:the intervention group and the routine group,38 cases of each group.The patients in the routine group received routine nursing care,while the patients in the intervention group received structural home nursing intervention on the basis of the intervention group.The quality of life,elastic psychology and social function of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results There were no significant differences in the FACT-B scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group and before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,all dimensions of patients in the two groups were improved,and the scores of toughness,strength and optimism in the intervention group were(30.79±5.13)points,(20.68±2.25)points and(9.89±1.73)points,respectively,which were significantly better than those before intervention and the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of patients in the two groups were improved,and the scores of all dimensions of patients in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the routine group and before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions Structured home nursing intervention for patients with radical mastectomy can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life,improve their resilience,and improve their social function,which is of great significance to promote the recovery of patients.
