摘要
腰带式气囊的结构参数直接影响气囊的性能。为研究腰带式气囊结构参数与性能的相关性,通过设计经验总结及对试验结果研究分析,提出了腰带式气囊有效直径的设计方法。同时基于多种产品试验数据,利用工程软件采用多数据拟合方法确立了腰带式气囊的内容积计算公式,并构建了腰带式气囊垂向刚度基于结构参数的理论计算模型,通过与试验结果对比,验证了理论计算模型的准确性。并用理论计算模型指导完成了某磁浮车用腰带式气囊的设计开发。基于结构参数的理论计算模型可为腰带式气囊的结构设计及优化提供参考。
The structural parameters of the belt airbag directly affect the performance of the airbag.In order to study the correlation between the structural parameters and performance of the belt airbag,the design method of the effective diameter of the belt airbag is proposed through the design experience summary and the research of the test results.At the same time,based on the test data of various products,the internal product calculation formula of the belt airbag was established by using the mufti-data fitting method,and the theoretical calculation model of the vertical stiffness of the belt airbag based on structural parameters was constructed,verifying the accuracy of the theoretical calculation model.And the theoretical calculation model was used to guide the design and development of a belt airbag for maglev vehicles.The theoretical calculation model based on structural parameters can provide reference for the structural design and optimization of belt airbag.
