社会主义事业的发展需要一代代人的努力,大学生是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,劳动教育是培养全面发展的建设者和接班人必不可少的组成部分。当前,大学生劳动观教育存在忽视劳动观教育、劳动观教育内容陈旧、大学生劳动意识淡薄等问题。高校应该从提高对大学生劳动教育重要性的认识、营造良好的劳动教育环境、深化校地合作等方面完善大学生劳动观教育,引导大学生树立科学的马克思主义劳动观,为新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设服务。
