生脉注射液联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、他汀类治疗冠心病的效果

Effects of Shengmai Injection Combined with Clopidogrel Sulfate Tablets and Statins in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探析冠心病采取硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、他汀类药物与生脉注射液联合治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年4月芜湖市第二人民医院收治的冠心病患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例,对照组采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、他汀类药物联合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合生脉注射液治疗,比较2组患者血脂水平、心功能指标、心绞痛发作情况、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及治疗总有效率等指标。结果:与对照组比较,观察组LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC等血脂水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6 min步行距离、NT-proB-NP、LVEF等指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者在硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、他汀类药物常规用药的基础上联合生脉注射液进行治疗能够获得较为理想的效果,对改善患者治疗预后有着积极的作用。

Objective:To explore the effects of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,statins combined with Shengmai Injection on coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 64 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Wuhu City from January 2019 to April 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table(n=32,clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,statin combination therapy).The control group was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and statins.While the observation group was treated with Shengmai Injection treatment based on the control group.The blood lipid level,cardiac function indexes,angina pectoris attacks,C-reactive protein(CRP),and total treatment efficiency of the 2 groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood lipid levels of the observation group,LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC were significantly different(P<0.05);in the observation group,6-minute walking distance,NT-proB-NP,LVEF and other indicators were compared with the control group.The difference was statistically different(P<0.05);the number of angina attacks and the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with coronary heart disease,the treatment with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets and statin drugs combined with Shengmai Injection can achieve a relatively satisfactory effects,and has a positive effects on improving the treatment prognosis of patients.
