摘要
目的:基于五运六气理论和气象资料分析无锡地区冠心病发病规律。方法:基于无锡市疾病预防控制中心慢病报告平台数据,分析从2010年1月21日至2017年1月20日上报的无锡地区总计7年的全部住院病例数据。并分析了无锡市气象局提供的无锡地区同期气象特点,分析了无锡地区冠心病发病规律,为无锡地区冠心病的防控提供基于五运六气理论的科学依据。结果:无锡市地区2009—2017年中,2013年气温最高;2010年、2013年平均降水量最低;2013年平均湿度最低;平均风速呈现相对稳定的逐步下降趋势。无锡市地区2010—2016年间,不同年度新发冠心病人数的分布差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.882,P=0.004),发病年度和新发冠心病人数具有正相关性(r=0.821,P<0.001)。不同出生时的六气时象下,新发冠心病人数分布差异有统计学意义(Z=22.329,P<0.001);总体上,出生于二之气(3月22日至5月21日)的新发冠心病人数最少。结论:无锡地区新发冠心病人数与平均气温、平均相对湿度具有关联性,可以为无锡本地区冠心病发病的防控以及优生优育的选择和指导提供一定理论基础和数据支持。
Objective:To analyze the occurence regularity of coronary heart disease in Wuxi area based on the theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors and meteorological data.Methods:Based on the chronic disease reporting platform data of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Wuxi city,the total number of inpatient cases in Wuxi for 7 years reported from January 21,2010 to January 20,2017 was analyzed.This paper also analyzed the meteorological characteristics in Wuxi city Meteorological Bureau in Wuxi region during the same period,analyzed the occurence regularity of coronary heart disease in Wuxi region,and provided scientific basis for prevention and control of coronary heart disease in Wuxi region based on the theory of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors.Results:1)From 2009 to mid-2017,and the temperature was the highest in 2013;the average precipitation was the lowest in 2010 and 2013;the average humidity was the lowest in 2013;and the average wind speed showed a relatively stable gradual downward trend.Between 2010 and 2016 in Wuxi,the distribution difference of the number of patients with coronary heart disease in different years was statistically significant(Z=-2.882,P=0.004),and there was a positive correlation between the year of onset and the number of patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.821,P<0.001).2)The difference in the distribution of the number of patients with new-onset coronary heart was statistically significant(Z=22.329,P<0.001)under the six qi conditions at different births;in general,the number of patients with new-onset coronary heart born in Erzhi qi was the least.Conclusion:The number of newly diagnosed coronary heart patients in Wuxi area is related to the average temperature and average relative humidity,which can provide a certain theoretical basis and data support for the prevention and control of coronary heart disease in Wuxi area and the selection and guidance of eugenics.
