高职院校体育教学军事化对学生职业素养的影响及实现条件

Influence of Militarization of Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges on Students’Professionalism and Its Realization Strategy

体育教学旨在促进学生身心的健康发展,体育教学军事化则是将军事化训练融入体育教学中,以军人严明的纪律意识和坚韧的意志品质感染并约束学生,增强学生的自律性和自觉性,提高学生的职业素养。目前,高职院校学生职业素养普遍偏低,借助体育教学军事化来提升学生职业素养尤显重要。根据高职院校学生的实际特点,将军事化管理与体育教学相结合,通过强化师资队伍建设、完善军事教学规章制度、完善体育场地和设施建设、科学设计军事化训练内容等举措,保障体育教学军事化的实现及其在促进学生职业素养提升方面真正发挥作用。

Physical education aims to promote the healthy development of students’bodies and minds.The militarization of physical education is the integration of military training into physical education,infecting and restraining students with the strict sense of discipline and tenacity of the soldiers,enhancing students’self-discipline and consciousness,and improving the professionalism of students.At present,the professionalism of students in higher vocational colleges is generally low.It is particularly important to improve the professionalism of students with the militarization of physical education.According to the actual characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,the militarized management is combined with physical education,and physical education is ensured through measures such as strengthening the construction of faculty,improving military teaching rules and regulations,improving the construction of sports venues and facilities,and scientifically designing militarized training content,which has really played a role in ensuring the realization of the militarization of physical education and in promoting the improvement of students’professionalism.
