摘要
研究目的:通过应用BIM技术及TOPSIS方法以装配式建筑为研究对象,对我国建筑工程产业化进程中存在的工程造价偏高、信息技术限制、产业链不完善等问题进行分析,对影响装配式建筑发展的不利因素进行有针对性地解决,提出在我国发展装配式建筑的推广策略.研究结论:(1)BIM技术在项目设计阶段的正向设计方法能够提高建筑构件重复率,减少装配式建筑构件类型,有效降低建造成本;在施工阶段协同管理体系能够实现项目参与方的协同管理,有利于提高生产效率;(2)TOPSIS方法在装配式建筑产业链合作伙伴优选中的应用可为项目多目标决策管理提供依据,有助于产业链合作伙伴之间协同工作;(3)在建设项目全寿命周期内,基于BIM技术的协同管理体系与基于TOPSIS方法的产业链合作伙伴选择有助于促进装配式建筑产业链企业之间的深度合作,推动装配式建筑发展;(4)本研究成果可为住宅、地铁站、火车站等建筑工程工业化建造提供参考.
Research purposes:Through the application of BIM technology and TOPSIS method to take prefabricated construction as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems of high construction cost,information technology limitations,imperfect industrial chain and other problems in the process of industrialization of China’s construction engineering,solves the adverse factors affecting the development of prefabricated construction,and puts forward the strategy for the development of prefabricated construction in China.Research conclusions:(1)The forward design method based on BIM technology can improve the repetition rate of construction components in the project design stage,reduce the types of prefabricated construction components and effectively reduce the construction cost.In the construction stage,the collaborative management of project participants can also be realized,which is conducive to improving the production efficiency.(2)The application of TOPSIS method in the partner selection of prefabricated construction industry chain can provide a basis for the multi-objective decision and management of the project,which is conducive to the collaborative work among industrial chain partners.(3)During the whole life cycle of the construction project,the collaborative management system based on BIM technology and the industrial chain partner selection based on TOPSIS method can help to promote the deep cooperation among the industrial chain enterprises of prefabricated construction and promote the development of prefabricated construction.(4)The research results can provide references for the industrial construction of residential buildings,subway stations and railway stations.
