Good Nurse-Patient Communication:Narrative Nursing Based on Patient after Vaginal Fistula with Colostomy

护理作为患者治疗过程的重要环节,其良好的沟通技巧能显著降低护患矛盾,提高患者满意度,增强护士的共情能力。通过对阴道瘘伴永久性结肠造口患者实施叙事护理的整个过程,证明叙事护理对护患沟通的重要价值。一方面引导患方主动讲述自己的心路历程并提出想法和疑惑;另一方面护方耐心倾听并给予解答和正向引导。在双方观点融合后制定和实施科学、合理的康复计划,促进患者康复和护患和谐。

Nursing is an important part of the treatment process of patients,and its good communication skills can significantly reduce the nurse-patient conflicts,improve patient satisfaction and enhance the empathy ability of nurses.Through the whole process of narrative nursing for patients with vaginal fistula accompanied by permanent colostomy,the importance of narrative nursing to nurse-patient communication has been proved.On the one hand,it needs to guide the patient to talk about his mental journey and put forward ideas and doubts;on the other hand,nurses should listen patiently and give answers and positive guidance.Then,scientific and reasonable rehabilitation plans should be formulated and implemented after the fusion of viewpoints of the two sides,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients and the harmony between nursing and patients.
