Nursing Experience of Medical Staff Providing Terminal Care in China:a Meta-Analysis of Qualitative Studies

终末期患者病情变化快,护理服务需求多、难度大。医务人员在护理终末期患者过程中,存在护理知识与技能不足、心理护理经验缺乏、人力资源不足、中国文化背景下沟通的敏感,以及护理人员传统观念及道德的约束问题,导致出现一系列心理社会和精神问题。这一问题也暴露了我国医疗体制的不完善,通过科学的研究方法探索、总结医务人员对终末期患者护理过程中的体验是今后加强终末期护理队伍建设的重要依据,也是改善终末期患者服务质量的重要前提。

The patient’s condition in the terminal stage changes rapidly,and there are many demands and difficulties for nursing services.In the process of nursing terminal patients,medical staff have insufficient nursing knowledge and skills,lack of psychological nursing experience,insufficient human resources,sensitive communication under the Chinese cultural background,and the constraints of traditional concepts and morals of nursing staff,which have led to a series of problems.Psychosocial and spiritual problems.This problem also exposes the imperfection of China’s medical system.To explore and summarize medical staff’s experience in the process of nursing terminal patients through scientific research methods is an important basis for strengthening the construction of end-stage nursing team and an important prerequisite for improving the service quality of end-stage patients in the future.
