摘要
通过对黑龙江省5所高校在校大学生进行关于影响捐献因素及管理体系信任度的抽样调查分析,结果显示:大学生对身后器官捐献相关知识了解甚少、对捐献顾虑较大,主要是因为对器官捐献管理体系的不信任(73.68%)、传统观念(72.40%)、宣传力度不到位(51.73%)以及经济或者政策上对捐赠者的补偿不足(33.89%)等原因。因此,应借助网络媒体、电视、学校教育等多种宣传手段和平台,多管齐下,使民众了解捐献的相关知识和重要意义,切实加大国家层面的领导与监管,提升器官捐献管理体系的公信力,提高社会认同度;建立合理的激励制度,消解传统观念的负面效应;并适当引入国际经验。
Through sampling survey and analysis on the influencing factors of organ donation and the trust degree of the management system among college students from 5 universities in Heilongjiang Province,the results showed that Chinese college students have little knowledge about organ donation and are more concerned about organ donation,which mainly due to the lack of trust in the organ donation management system(73.68%),the traditional ideas(72.40%),the poor propaganda(51.73%)and insufficient economic or policy compensation for donors(33.89%).Therefore,it is advisable to make the public understand the relevant knowledge and significance of organ donation through various publicity means and platforms such as Internet media and TV school education,effectively strengthen the leadership and supervision at the national level,improve the credibility of the organ donation management system and the social recognition.In addition,it is necessary to establish a reasonable incentive system to eliminate the negative effect of the traditional ideas,and introduce foreign advanced experience appropriately based on China’s national conditions and social culture.
