阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病的疗效探究

Study on the efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly

目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病的疗效。方法100例老年冠心病患者,通过随机信封方法分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,实验组采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组的临床应用疗效。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率94.00%高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy),超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),白介素-6(IL-6)水平较本组治疗前均明显降低,且实验组患者的Hcy(7.30±2.10)mmol/L、hs-CRP(5.80±1.35)mg/L、IL-6(2.05±0.75)ng/L低于对照组的(12.20±1.45)mmol/L、(10.40±1.20)mg/L、(3.30±0.85)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组的18.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗方法能够改善各项血清指标,促进临床治疗效果的提高,而且药物治疗安全性较高。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group and experimental group by random envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the experimental group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment 94.00%of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 76.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,homocysteine(Hcy),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels of the two groups was obviously lower than that before treatment,and Hcy(7.30±2.10)mmol/L,hs-CRP(5.80±1.35)mg/L,IL-6(2.05±0.75)ng/L of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(12.20±1.45)mmol/L,(10.40±1.20)mg/L,(3.30±0.85)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.00%of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 18.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel therapy for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve various serum indicators and promote the improvement of clinical treatment effects with high safety.
