甜梦口服液加多虑平治疗焦虑症患者掌跖部湿疹的效果探讨

Effect of sweet dream oral liquid combined with Doxepin in the treatment of palmoplantar eczema in patients with anxiety

目的探讨甜梦口服液和多虑平治疗焦虑症患者掌跖部湿疹的临床效果。方法125例焦虑症掌跖部湿疹患者,随机分为治疗组(61例)和对照组(64例)。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,治疗组患者采用甜梦口服液和多虑平治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗组不同类型焦虑症治疗效果,两组不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为69.81%,高于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.390,P<0.05)。精神紧张性焦虑症和失眠性焦虑症治疗总有效率高于更年期焦虑症,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神紧张性焦虑症与失眠性焦虑症治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用甜梦口服液和多虑平治疗焦虑症患者掌跖部湿疹疗效显著,且不良反应发生率低,给广大皮肤病医务工作者提供了一条新的思路。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of sweet dream oral liquid combined with Doxepin in the treatment of palmoplantar eczema in patients with anxiety.Methods A total of 125 anxiety patients with palmoplantar eczema were randomly divided into treatment group(61 cases)and control group(64 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated with sweet dream oral liquid and Doxepin.Comparison was made on therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and therapeutic effect of different types of anxiety in the treatment group.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 69.81%,which was higher than that of the control group 36.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.390,P<0.05).The total effective rate of stress anxiety and insomnia anxiety is higher than that of menopausal anxiety,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between stress anxiety and insomnia anxiety(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sweet dream oral liquid and Doxepin shows remarkable efficacy on palmoplantar eczema in patients with anxiety with low incidence of adverse reaction,which provides a new mentality for the general dermatology medical worker.
