急性脑梗死患者血清MDA、MBP水平与NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分的相关性分析 被引量:19

Correlation between serum MDA,MBP levels and NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer score in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的 探究急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平与NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分的相关性.方法 随机选择120例ACI患者作为研究组,根据NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分分为轻中度缺损、重度缺损组以及严重运动功能障碍、轻中度运动功能障碍组.同时选择健康者50例作为对照组.检测和比较每位患者基本资料、血清MDA、MBP水平,并分析其与NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分的相关性.结果 研究组的血清MDA、MBP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05).ACI患者血清MDA、MBP水平分别与NI-HSS、Fugl-Meyer评分呈中度相关(P<0.05).研究组患者的吸烟和高血压比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者血清肌酐、MDA和MBP显著高于对照组(P<0.05).高血压、吸烟、血清肌酐、MDA和MBP是影响神经以及运动功能危险因素(P<0.05).结论 ACI患者血清MDA和MBP水平显著升高,并且高水平的血清MDA和MBP预示着更严重的神经功能缺损以及重度的运动功能障碍. Objective To investigate the relationship betweeh serum malondialdehyde(MDA),myelin basic protein(MBP)levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer score.Methods A randomized selection of 120 patients with ACI was selected as the study group.According to NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer score,they were divided into mild to moderate defect,severe defect and severe motor dysfunction,and mild to moderate motor dysfunction.At the same time,50 healthy people were selected as the control group.The basic data,serum MDA,MBP levels,and its correlation with NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer scored were analyzed.Results Serum MDA and MBP levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum MDA and MBP levels in ACI patients were significantly and positively correlated with NIHSS and Fugl-Meyer scores(P<0.05).The proportion of smoking and hypertension in the ACI severe defect group and the severe motor dysfunction group was significantly higher than that in the mild to moderate defect group and the mild to moderate motor dysfunction group(P<0.05).The serum creatinine;MDA and MBP in the severe defect group and the severe motor dysfunction group were significantly higher than those in the mild to moderate deficit group and the mild to moderate motor dysfunction group(P<0-05).Hypertension,smoking,serum creatinine,MDA and MBP were the risk factors for neurological and motor function(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum MDA and MBP levels were significantly elevated in patients with ACI,and high levels of serum MDA and MBP were predictive of more severe neurological deficits and severe motor dysfunction.
