思维导图联合现场演练对急诊科护理人员创伤急救护理质量的影响

Effect of Mind Mapping and On-the-spot Drilling on the Quality of Trauma Emergency Care of Emergency Department Nursing Staff

目的 探讨思维导图联合现场演练对急诊科护理人员创伤急救护理质量的影响.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年1月空军军医大学第一附属医院的急诊科护理人员72名,随机分为对照组、观察组各36名,对照组护理人员按传统方法培训创伤急救规范,观察组护理人员通过思维导图联合现场演练培训.比较两组护理人员考核成绩、评判性思维能力、自我效能以及护理质量.结果 培训后观察组理论和操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后观察组评判性思维能力量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后观察组自我效能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员服务态度、风险评估、基础护理、规避纠纷、护理执行、患者管理、应急能力等方面护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对急诊科护理人员展开创伤急救的思维导图联合现场演练培训,能显著提高其创伤急救综合素质、评判性思维能力,增强自我效能感,提升护理质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of mind mapping and on-the-spot drilling on the quality of trauma emergency care of emergency department nursing staff.Methods 72 emergency department nurses from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases.Control group received the routine training,while the observation group received the mind mapping combined with on-the-spot drilling.Then the assessment scores,critical thinking ability,self-efficacy and quality of care of the two groups were compared.Results Af-ter the training,the theoretical and operational assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The Critical-thinking Disposition Inventory in Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of nursing staff in service attitude,risk assessment,basic nursing,dispute avoidance,nursing implementation,patient management,and emergency response ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of mind mapping combined with on-the-spot drilling can effectively improve the comprehensive quality,critical thinking ability,enhance self-efficacy and improve the quality of care of emergency department nursing staff.
