摘要
针对机构改革背景下地理国情在国土资源调查监测中的应用问题,提出了地理国情监测数据与国土调查数据的对比研究方法,在理论层面建立了两种分类体系的对应关系,在实践层面进行了空间数据衔接试验,分析了两类数据地类图斑的差异,提出了今后地理国情监测的优化建议。研究表明,建立当前地理国情内容指标与土地利用现状分类的对应关系并不能实现两类数据的完美衔接;调查内容与地类定义、数据来源与影像时点、最小上图图斑面积等方面不一致在不同程度上造成两类数据的差异。研究结果为今后优化完善地理国情监测内容,促进其与国土资源调查监测的衔接应用,发挥其在自然资源调查监测和国土空间规划管控中的作用提供参考依据。
In view of the application of geographical national conditions in land resources survey and monitoring under the background of the reform of state institutions,this paper put forward a comparative study method between geographical national conditions monitoring data and land resources survey data.Firstly,the corresponding relationships between the two classification systems was established at the theoretical level.Then,a comparative experiment of spatial data was carried out at the practical level.Finally,this paper analyzed the reasons for the differences between the two types of data,and put forward some suggestions for optimizing the geographical national conditions monitoring.The research shows that the establishment of the corresponding relationship between the two classifications of geographical national conditions and land use can not make the two types of data perfectly correspond.The inconsistencies between data contents and classification definition,data sources and image time,and minimum area of image speckles results in the differences between the two types of data in different degrees.The results of this research will help to improve the content of geographical national conditions monitoring,promote the application of geographical national conditions monitoring and land resources survey,and provide a reference for further clarifying the basic role of geographical national conditions monitoring in natural resources survey,monitoring and evaluation in the future.
