高职院校百万扩招背景下“校店一体”特色现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

探索一条适合退役军人、下岗职工和农民工三类人员的人才培养模式是当前横亘在高职百万扩招面前亟待解决的热点问题。九江职业技术学院实施的“校店一体”特色现代学徒制人才培养模式,具有将行业、企业纳入高职人才培养全过程的特点,能够较好地实现企业联合学校、专业适应产业、课程对接职业、教学协同生产的效果;能够依据退役军人、下岗职工和农民工这三类人员的自身特点,满足人才培养要求。
