职业教育与区域经济发展衔接中的问题及解决对策

On the integration between Vocational Education and Regional Economic Development

职业教育与区域经济发展具有十分紧密的联系。现今我国职业教育与区域经济发展的融合正不断推进,但是在实际的衔接过程中,还存在着人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧衔接不畅、职业教育主体与区域经济主体合作不深、职业教育社会认可度与其在经济社会发展中的地位不匹配等问题。推进职业教育与区域发展高效衔接的策略是:健全动态调整的专业设置机制、打造供需匹配的大数据平台、完善深度融合的校企合作机制、出台支持发展的配套政策。

vocational education is closely related to regional economic development.Nowadays,the integration of vocational education and regional economic development in China is constantly advancing.However,there are still some problems,such as the poor connection between the supply side of talent training and the demand side of industry,the lack of deep cooperation between the vocational education and the regional economy,and the mismatch between the social recognition of vocational education and its status in the economic and social development.The strategies to promote the efficient connection between vocational education and regional development are:to improve the dynamic adjustment of specialty setting mechanism,to create a big data platform matching supply and demand,to improve the deep integration of school enterprise cooperation mechanism,and to issue supporting policies for development.
