摘要
目前高职院校“双师型”教师资格认定标准的建设缺乏全国统一的标准,现行的标准还存在一定的问题,如行政标准界定模糊,操作性差;校本标准各具特色,但缺乏统一;学者标准较为形式化,缺乏灵活性等。基于此,高职院校的“双师型”教师资格认定标准可以从基本资格、教学能力、专业技能、品行规范四个维度出发,构建“双师型”教师资格认定标准的体系框架,并完善相应的专项激励机制。
At present,China lacks a unified national standard for dual-qualification teachers in higher vocational colleges,and the current standards still have certain problems,such as fuzzy definition of administrative standards and poor operability;school-based standards have their own characteristics,but lack of uniformity;scholar standards It is more formal and lacks flexibility.Based on this,the dual-qualification teacher qualification certification standards for higher vocational colleges can be constructed from the four dimensions of basic qualifications,teaching ability,professional skills,and conduct standards,and build a system framework of the dual-qualification teacher qualification certification standards,and improve the corresponding as soon as possible.Special incentive mechanism.
