新时代下高职院校学生组织建设工作存在的问题及对策

On the Construction of Students’Organizations in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

高校学生组织是学校管理思想的传达者、管理方案的执行者,也是学校思政教育工作的重要阵地。做好学生组织建设工作,发挥其在高校中的榜样力量、桥梁作用,既能助力全校学生的素质拓展、全面发展,又能提升学生管理工作的效率。但随着时代的发展,高职院校学生组织建设工作中的矛盾和问题逐步呈现。学校应从思想引领、学生组织、心理建设三个方面着手,加强高校学生组织建设,充分发挥高校学生组织的作用。

College students’organizations,which are the conveyors of school management ideas and the executives of management programs,are important positions in school ideological and political education.Doing a good job in students’organization and exerting its role as a role model and bridge in colleges and universities can not only help the quality development and comprehensive development of the students,but also improve the efficiency of student management.However,with the development of the times,the contradictions and problems in the organizational construction of students in higher vocational colleges are gradually presented.Therefore,starting from such three aspects as ideology,organization,and psychology,colleges should strengthen the construction of college students’organizations in order to give full play to the role of college student organizations.
