2014年—2018年山东省某县梅毒检出率分析

Survey of syphilis detection rate in a county of Shandong province from 2014 to 2018

目的统计分析山东省某县5年来梅毒检出率特点,为梅毒防控提供依据。方法选取2014年1月1日至2018年12月31日山东省某县梅毒上报点(金乡人民医院和宏大医院)报告的1147例新确诊梅毒患者数据作回顾性分析。从患者性别、年龄、居住地和季节性因素进行分析。结果某县梅毒检出者年龄(χ^2=307.668,P<0.001),居住地(χ^2=297.714,P<0.001)、季节(χ^2=97.334,P<0.001)等方面比较,差异具有统计学意义;55岁之后的男性梅毒检出率较高,女性19岁~55岁人群检出率较低,城市人群的检出率最高,其次是城乡结合部,农村最低;夏季的检出率高于其他季节。结论某县的梅毒检出率存在性别、年龄、地区和季节差异,控制该地区梅毒传播,应依据其检出率特点有针对性地采取相关措施。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the detection rate of syphilis in a county of Shandong province in the past five years,so as to provide evidences for the prevention and control of syphilis.Methods New data of 1147 newly diagnosed syphilis patients reported by syphilis reporting points(Jinxiang People's Hospital and Hongda hospital)in a county of Shandong Province from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 were analyzed retrospectively.From the patient's gender,age,residence,seasonal factors were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate among different ages(χ^2=307.668,P<0.001),residences(χ^2=297.714,P<0.001),seasons(χ^2=97.334,P<0.001)and other aspects in a county.The detection rate of syphilis was higher in males after 55 years old,lower in females between 19 and 55 years old,highest in urban population,followed by the urban-rural fringe and lowest in rural areas.The incidence of new diseases in summer was the highest.Conclusions There are statistically significant differences in the detection rate among different genders,ages,regions and seasons in the county.Therefore,relevant measures should be taken according to the characteristics of the detection rate to control the spread of syphilis in this area.
