ProGlider根管通畅锉在前牙中进行一次性根管治疗的应用效果评价

摘要 目的研究在前牙一次性根管治疗中使用新型根管通畅器械ProGlider的治疗效果。方法统计本院口腔科(2017年8月~2019年8月)诊治的前牙龋源性急性牙髓炎患者(n=90)作为研究对象,以随机数字表为基准,分为试验组(n=45,ProGlider通畅锉),对照组(n=45,K锉),采用一次性根管治疗法对患者进行治疗后行疼痛程度、近期疗效、治疗成功率进行评估,并比较两组患者上述指标的组间差异。结果疼痛程度:试验组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。近期疗效:试验组近期疗效与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗成功率:试验组治疗成功率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用ProGlider通畅锉可有效降低患者的术后疼痛,治疗成功率和常规治疗一致,建议在临床上更多的使用ProGlider通畅锉。 Objective To study the effect of ProGlider in patients with anterior teeth in disposable root canal.Methods Patients with anterior anterior teeth(n=90)received from the department of Stomatology of our hospital(August 2017~August 2019)were treated with disposable root canal treatment.The baseline was divided into experimental group(n=45,ProGlider)and control group(n=45,K file).The pain degree,short-term efficacy and treatment success rate of 90 patients were evaluated.Results Degree of pain:The degree of pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Short-term efficacy:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Treatment success rate:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(P>0.05).Conclusion Using ProGlider can effectively reduce postoperative pain in patients,and the success rate of treatment is consistent with conventional treatment.
