“驻景”诸方的历史渊源和在眼科的应用

The historical origin and application in ophthalmology of“Zhujing”

目前我国已经逐渐步入老龄化社会,老年性眼病越来越多。古往今来,用来防止衰老、治疗老年性眼病的方剂有很多,许多都从补益肝肾入手,“驻景”方就是其中之一,并且以“驻景”为名的方剂在眼科应用甚多,历朝历代重要的医籍中均有记载,一直沿用至今,并得到了不断的丰富和发展,足以说明其实用性和重要性。笔者应用“驻景”方也进行了大量的临床实践,积累了一些经验,发现“驻景”方除了治疗中老年眼病,对于其伴发的全身病也有着一定的治疗效果,结合“驻景”一词的含义,有驻颜明目之意,其应用似乎不应仅限于眼科,基于中医治未病的理论基础,其应用似乎也不应仅限于疾病的治疗,或可拓展思路,将其用于老年眼病和老年病的预防当中。为了更好的传承和发展中医经典,笔者将“驻景”方剂进行了梳理,以期为广大同行提供思路和参考。

At present,China has gradually stepped into an aging society,and there are more and more senile eye diseases.From ancient times to the present,there are many prescriptions used to prevent aging and treat senile eye diseases.Many of them start from tonifying liver and kidney.“Zhujing”prescription is one of them.The prescription named“Zhujing”has been widely used in ophthalmology.It has been recorded in important medical books of all dynasties and has been used till now and has been constantly enriched and developed,which is enough to illustrate the practicality and importance.The author has also carried out a lot of clinical practice and accumulated some experience in the application of“Zhujing”prescription.It is found that“Zhujing”prescription has certain therapeutic effect on the concomitant systemic diseases in addition to the treatment of middle-aged and elderly eye diseases.Combined with the meaning of the word“Zhujing”,it has the meaning of standing on the face and brightening the eyes.It seems that its application should not be limited to ophthalmology but also should not be limited to the treatment of diseases.It can be used in the prevention of senile eye diseases and senile diseases.In order to better inherit and develop the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,the author combed“Zhujing”prescription for fellow doctors.
