岩南沟泵站事故停机水锤模拟分析与防护

摘要 为确保泵站运行安全、确定事故停泵水锤的防护措施,采用aft impulse软件建立岩南沟泵站水力过渡过程数学模型,分析了最不利工况组合下的压力变化过程及分布情况,对水泵出口处液控止回蝶阀关闭时间进行优化以确保系统安全的措施,为后期工程运行提供了指导。 In order to ensure the safe operation of the pumping station and to determine the protective measures for the water hammer of the accidental pump stop,a mathematical model of the hydraulic transition process of the Yannangou Pumping Station was established using aft impulse,and the pressure change process and distribution under the most unfavorable combination of working conditions were analyzed.The measures to optimize the closing time of the control check butterfly valve to ensure the safety of the system provide guidance for the later project operation.
