自释釉瓷质砖的制备及机理研究

摘要 以钾长石、石英、高岭土为主要原料,以碳酸钠为自释剂,在烧成温度1150~1300℃制备自释釉瓷质砖。采用坯体分层和质量差值法研究自释剂在干燥阶段的扩散过程。采用光泽度仪、SEM、EDS等对自释剂含量、烧成制度等因素对试样的光泽度、微观结构及元素分布等进行研究。结果表明:自释釉为自释剂在干燥和烧成阶段扩散到坯体表面熔融形成的结果。当自释剂的添加量为5%,烧成温度1200℃、保温时间30 min的条件下,可获得效果较好的自释釉瓷质砖,吸水率为0.5%、釉层厚度约为0.3 mm、光泽度为58,且试样边缘没有形变(圆角现象)。 Using potassium feldspar,quartz,kaolin as the main raw materials,and Na2 CO3 as a self-releasing agent,a self-releasing glazed tile was prepared at firing temperature of 1150~1300℃.The diffusion process of the self-releasing agent during the drying stage was studied by the method of layered green body and mass difference.The influence of self-releasing agent content and firing system on the glossness,microstructure and element distribution of the sample were investigated by means of gloss meter,SEM,EDS,etc.The results show that the self-releasing glaze is the result of the diffusion of the self-releasing agent to the surface of the green body during the drying and firing stages.The sample with better glaze quality is obtained when Na2 CO3 adding content of 5%,firing temperature of 1200℃for 30 min,and the sample has water absorption of 0.5%,the glaze thickness of about 0.3 mm and the glossness value of 58,and no deformation at the edge of the sample(namely,rounded at the edge).
