摘要
以尿素、三乙醇胺作为改性剂,采用机械球磨法对粘土进行改性;用XRD、FTIR对改性粘土进行表征。将改性后的粘土添加到传统陶瓷坯料中,烧成后测试坯体试样的吸水率、抗折强度,并用SEM对试样表征。研究结果表明,通过改性粘土中高岭石的结构发生了改变,改性有利于粘土在较低的温度下形成莫来石。添加改性粘土的陶瓷坯体其抗折强度提高、烧成温度降低。
Method of mechanical ball milling was used to modify kaolin clay by urea and triehanolamine as modifier.The modified clay were characterized by XRD and FTIR.Bending strength and water absorption of the sintered samples were measured after adding the modified clay into the ceramic body,the sintered samples were characterized by SEM.Results showed that kaolinite structure was changed after modification.The mullite could be formed through modification in kaolin clay at a low temperature.The ceramic body with large bending strength could be burned at low temperature when added modified kaolin.
