实验动物标准化文件编写中常见问题分析

Analysis of common problems in standardizing documents of laboratory animals

与发达国家相比,我国实验动物学科起步较晚,但近40年来,实验动物标准体系的不断完善,在促进本行业规范发展、产品质量提升方面发挥了重大作用。然而,我们在工作中发现,实验动物标准化文件编写仍存在一些问题。为了提高实验动物标准化文件质量,本文按照GB/T 1.1-2020等有关标准化文件要求,以标准文件基本框架为脉络,对实验动物标准化文件中常出现的问题进行归纳分析,提供正确示例,以期减少相似问题发生,进一步提升实验动物标准化质量,促进学科更好发展。

Compared with developed countries,the use of laboratory animals for scientific research in China is relatively recent.In the past 40 years,a standardized system of the use of laboratory animals has been constantly improved,which has improved the quality of biomedical research.However,some problems in the writing of standardized documents still persist.To improve the standardization of laboratory animal protocols and to promote better adherence to such standards,we summarize and analyze common problems in standardized documents for the use of laboratory animals.We provide correct examples using the basic framework of standard documents and according to the requirements of GB/T 1.1-2020.
