摘要
作为试点,现代职教体系贯通培养项目与多个利益相关者息息相关。由于各利益相关者有不同的利益诉求,在实施过程中相互博弈,导致企业参与积极性不高、职业院校合作简单叠加等问题,致使项目推进陷入困境。因此,各利益相关者需要通过整体统筹,优化资源;调研反馈,明确需求;搭建平台,规范管理等措施优化合作机制。
As a pilot project,modern vocational education system is closely related to multiple stakeholders.Due to the different interest demands of various stakeholders,the mutual game in the implementation process leads to the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,and the simple superposition of vocational college cooperation puts the project promotion in trouble.Therefore,all stakeholders need to optimize the cooperation mechanism through overall planning,optimizing resources,investigating and feedback,clarifying needs,building relativeplatforms,and standardizing management.
