摘要
从我国高职院校内部质量保证体系构建的历史进程出发,分析了开展内部质量保证体系下教学诊改的重要意义,并以江苏工程职业技术学院为例,阐述了学校以过程性诊改为抓手,通过目标链、标准链的打造与制度体系的建设,自主开展常态化、周期性的教学诊改,构建从机制、体系、平台、队伍、文化等全方位、多元化、具有较强预警功能和激励作用的内部质量保证体系。
Starting from the historical process of the construction of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges in China,this paper analyzes the significance of carrying out the teaching diagnosis reform under the internal quality assurance system.TakingJiangsu College of Engineering and Technology as an example,this paper expounds that the school takes the process diagnosis reform as the starting point,independently carries out the normalized and periodic teaching diagnosis reformthrough the establishment of the target chain,standard chain and the institutional system,and constructs a comprehensive and diversified internal quality assurance systemwith strong early warning function and incentive function from the aspects of mechanism,system,platform,team and culture.
