带法兰球笼万向节外套锻件多向精密成形工艺 被引量:1

Multi-directional precision forming technology of ball cage universal joint outerace forgings with flange

摘要 以某型带法兰球笼万向节外套零件为研究对象,根据带法兰球笼万向节外套零件的结构特点,重新设计锻件形状,采用多向精密成形工艺,一步成形接近零件尺寸的复杂形状外套锻件。利用Deform-3D有限元模拟方法,对该锻件的成形过程进行分析,根据充填效果、温度场分布、载荷-时间曲线、等效应力云图等设计相应的模具结构,并进行工艺试验。通过工艺试验成功制得带法兰球笼万向节外套锻件,该工艺较胎模锻成形工艺节材30%,并且减少了锻件的加工余量,有效地缩短了后续机加工时间。目前,该型锻件已批量化生产,产品外观良好、尺寸稳定。 For a certain type of ball cage universal joint outerace part with flange,according to the structural characteristics of the ball cage universal joint outerace part with flange,the shape of forging was redesigned,and the outerace forging with complex shape close to the sizes of part was formed in one step by adopting the multi-directional precision forming technology.Then,the forming process of forging was analyzed by finite element simulation method Deform-3D,and based on the filling effect,the temperature field distribution,the loadtime curve,the equivalent stress nephogram etc.,the corresponding mold structure was designed to conduct the process experiment.Through the process experiment,the ball cage universal joint outerace forging with flange was successfully produced,and the process saved material of 30%compared with the die forging process,and the machining allowance of forging was reduced to effectively shorten the subsequent machining time.At present,this type of forging was mass produced with good appearance and stable sizes.
