扳手状梁类件整体冲压成形工艺 被引量:2

Integral stamping process on wrench-shaped beam parts

摘要 针对扳手状梁类件完成收口翻边后模具无法实现脱模,且对向翻孔同轴度难以保证等问题,提出一种扳手状梁类件整体冲压成形的方法。首先,通过对传统凸模结构进行改进,取消收口翻边凸模的支撑结构,利用凸模圆角限位和板料的随形流动实现收口翻边,保证凸、凹模能够顺利脱模;其次,通过前工序的预翻孔和后工序的整翻孔保证对向翻孔的同轴度;此外,利用Dynaform对该种梁类件进行全工序分析;最后,以试制的方式对所提及的方法进行验证,结果表明:取消收口翻边凸模的部分支撑结构可以实现凸、凹模的顺利脱模;且通过预翻孔和整形来提高翻孔的同轴度。使对向翻孔的同轴度可以达到Φ0.3 mm。 For the problems that after the wrench-shaped beam part was closed and flanged,the mold cannot be demolded,and the coaxiality of opposite flanging hole was difficult to guarantee,a method of integral stamping for the wrench-shaped beam parts was proposed.Firstly,the traditional punch structure was improved,the supporting structure of the closed flanging punch was cancelled,and according to conformal flow of sheet metal and limit of fillet for punch,the closed flanging was realized to ensure the punch and die to demold smoothly.Secondly,the coaxiality of opposite flanging hole was guaranteed by the pre-flanging hole of the former process and the rectify flanging hole of the latter process.Furthermore,the integral forming process of this kind of beam parts was analyzed by Dynaform.Finally,the mentioned method was verified by trial production.The results show that the smooth demolding of punch and die is achieved by eliminating part of the supporting structure for closed flanging,and the coaxiality of flanging hole is improved up to Φ0.3 mm by pre-flanging hole and shaping.
