摘要
在板料姿态多方位调整的数控渐进成形中,为解决对难成形面和易成形面的相对走刀方向的规划问题,研究了工具头的不同走刀方向对成形质量的影响。对于包含有难成形面和易成形面的成形件模型,利用有限元分析和网格成形实验,以工具头同向、反向和正反交替3种走刀方向为研究对象,分析了不同走刀方向对成形件轮廓尺寸和材料流动的影响。研究结果表明:以不同走刀方向成形得到的成形件外形轮廓与设计件外形轮廓的差异程度,由大到小依次为同向、反向和正反交替;以不同走刀方向成形得到的成形件板料扭曲程度,由大到小依次为同向、反向和正反交替。
In the CNC incremental forming with multi-directional adjustment of sheet metal posture,in order to solve the planning problem of tool moving direction relative to the difficult forming surface and the easy forming surface,the influences of different tool moving directions of tool head on forming quality were studied.For the model of forming parts with the difficult forming surface and the easy forming surface,taking the three tool moving directions of tool heads in the same direction,reverse direction and forward and reverse alternate direction as the research objects,the influences of different tool moving directions on the contour dimension and material flow of forming parts were analyzed by the finite element analysis and mesh forming experiment.The results show that the difference degree contour between forming part and designed part formed by different tool moving directions is in the order of the same direction,reverse direction and forward and reverse alternate direction from large to small.However,the distortion degree of the sheet metal formed by different tool moving directions is in the order of the same direction,reverse direction and forward and reverse alternate directrion from large to small.
