我国高技术产业人才集聚影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Talent Agglomeration in China's High-tech Industry

近年来,随着经济结构优化升级、高技术产业在我国经济结构中所占比重越来越大,对高技术产业人才的需求也不断增加。通过选取2018年中国部分省市地区相关统计数据,采用因子分析和回归分析对高技术产业人才集聚的影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明,我国高技术产业人才集聚是多种因素共同作用的结果,包括经济、政策、环境以及高技术产业自身发展等因素。这些因素之间相互作用、相互影响,推动了高技术产业人才集聚。其中,经济因素和产业发展因素对高技术产业人才集聚具有基础性影响,政府政策是吸引高技术产业人才集聚的直接影响因素,环境因素是吸引高技术产业人才集聚的重要因素。

In recent years,with the optimization and upgrading of economic structure and the increasing proportion of high-tech industry in China's economic structure,the demand for talents in high-tech industry is also increasing.Based on the relevant statistical data of some provinces and cities in China in 2018,this paper uses factor analysis and regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of talent agglomeration in high-tech industry.The results show that talent agglomeration in China's high-tech industry is the result of multiple factors,including economy,policy,environment and the development of high-tech industry itself.These factors interact and influence each other,and promote the high-tech industry talent gathering.Among them,economic factors and industrial development factors have a fundamental impact on the high-tech industry talent agglomeration,government policies are the direct influencing factors to attract high-tech industry talent agglomeration,and environmental factors are important factors to attract hightech industry talent agglomeration.
