制约吉林省农村电子商务高质量发展的因素主要包括吉林省农村电商供应链体系建设薄弱,农产品上行规范化不够,农村电商各类参与主体缺乏协同,可持续发展内生动力有待提高等。促进吉林省农村电商高质量发展的建议主要包括市场化整体推进农村电商高质量发展、注重培训服务质量构建可持续发展体系、抓住龙头企业重构农村产业融合模式。

The factors restricting the high-quality development of rural e-commerce in Jilin Province mainly include the weak construction of rural e-commerce supply chain system in Jilin Province,the lack of standardization of agricultural products,the lack of coordination among various participants of rural e-commerce,and the endogenous power of sustainable development needs to be improved.The suggestions to promote the high-quality development of rural e-commerce in Jilin Province mainly include promoting the high-quality development of rural e-commerce as a whole through marketization,paying attention to the quality of training services,building a sustainable development system,and seizing the leading enterprises to reconstruct the rural industrial integration mode.
